Epiphany Leadership and Financial Solutions (“Epiphany,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through eplfinancials.com (the “Website”) and when you contact us, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

- Scheduling: when you book a consultation, the details you enter in our scheduling tool, such as your name, email, phone number and the time you choose.

- Planning and application information: if you decide to work with us, information needed to review your needs or apply for coverage, such as your date of birth, address, income, beneficiaries, existing coverage and, where an insurance company requires it, health information. We only ask for this when it is needed and use it only for that purpose.
